Haven Wellness Center of Plano offers intensive, outpatient behavioral health services in Plano, TX. We serve adults and adolescents (12 and older) who struggle with their mental health and require more enhanced services than traditional outpatient therapy can offer.
Our program is person-centered and strengths-based and our skilled team of clinicians are trauma-informed. Adults and adolescents we serve are thoroughly screened and assessed at intake, to ensure they are placed in the appropriate level of care. All service plans are individualized and reviewed and adjusted regularly to ensure the greatest quality of care for each of the individuals we serve. Our goal is to successfully transition our clients to lowering levels of care, such as individual counseling, and create hope, health and wellness in the lives of individuals we serve.

Our team will work with you to develop a comprehensive assessment of your mental health conditions. Then, we’ll partner with you to establish a robust, individualized treatment plan designed to get you back to feeling like yourself again.
Our continuum of care is customized for each patient after a comprehensive assessment. No matter what level of treatment you choose, our expert team of psychiatrists, nurses, therapists, and clinicians work with you to rebuild a sense of empowerment and control by encouraging you to be an active participant in your care.

What is the schedule every day?
Individuals will be provided with a detailed schedule each day breaking out therapy sessions, meals and other activities.
What if I miss a day of treatment in my program?
Contact our center and we’ll make every effort to reschedule your missed appointment that week. Telehealth options are also available to our clients.
