Adolescent Partial Hospitalization in Plano, TX
Haven Wellness Center’s Intensive Outpatient Program (PHP) is specialized treatment for adolescents ages 12-17 who do not require the structure of an inpatient level of care or are transitioning from an inpatient program offering daily connections with peers, along with clinical and medical access. Programming is provided in both a group and individual setting and runs up to six hours per day, with lunch, and snacks provided. The Adolescent Partial Hospitalization program affords students the ability to remain enrolled in your present school during treatment in tandem with mental health treatment.
PHP is ideal for those who may be stepping down from an inpatient program to help maintain progress already made as well as for those who may need a higher level of short-term support before continuing treatment in one of our other Outpatient Programs.
Groups meet M-F, offering flexibility for families to engage in the therapeutic process.
